Beliz is
determined not to accept Vuslat's offer.
But with
things constantly going wrong leaving the hospital in danger, Beliz is literally
having her hand forced to make a decision.
Meanwhile,
the new chief resident Nazli has more work than she can handle, and Ali is running
from punishment to punishment, while he cannot get out of his mind whether
Nazlı has completely forgotten him or not.
Unaware of
her mother's attempts, Ezo decides to help Ali with Nazlı.
But Vuslat
has completely different plans for both Ali and the hospital.
